This is the fact when we go through the Search but if we try to open it into the Firefox directly then also it gives is us dark red screen with "Reported Attack Site!"

(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-

Central Excise Duty (Excise Tax) In India
An Excise Duty or Excise Tax is a another type of tax which is charged by Government of India on many products. Some of the major products are Hard Drinks and Tobacco. Excise Duty is not meant by Custom Duty( An Tax Which is Charged On the Items We Import From other side of Country) or Vat (Value Added Tax). This is different type of tax from all other taxes.
Every assessee who is liable to pay excise duty have to fill a monthly return with the superintendent of Central Excise in a specified form by the department.
Any person in India who is manufacturing or running a trade of excisable goods shall have to obtain registration under the excise laws. As per Laws of the Excise Department if items are excisable then no item shall be removed from the warehouse or production units without the Excise Invoice Duly signed by the owner of the Factory or the person authorised for this work.

BSNL 3G To Will be In your Pocket On This March
Bsnl Will be Going to second company who is launching its 3G Service in Our Country. After MTNL Launched its 3G Services In Delhi Under the Name of Jaddo Now Soon Bsnl Is Going to Launch its 3G Service In India.
For This First 3G Will be launched by BSNL In the Chenni as its part for 3G Services on 23 Feb, 2009.While the Department of Telecom in its 3G policy has said that the base price for pan-India 3G spectrum would be Rs 2,020 crore while that for broadband access technologies such as WiMax would be Rs 1,010 crore, the finance ministry had demanded that the floor price for both be doubled. The issue got further complicated as the Planning Commission, the department of industrial policy and promotion and the IT ministry opposed doubling of the base price. {Source}
